Briany Reid is a visionary leader dedicated to bridging the gap between technical artistry and professional sustainability. Her journey began as an apprentice, a foundational experience that fueled her passion for educational reform and industry innovation.
This mission has been a vision in the works for a long time; a journey defined by faith, determination, and passing the many tests of an evolving industry. Since 2009, Briany has meticulously navigated the systemic challenges of the beauty field. With a distinguished background as a Cosmetology Instructor, former Cosmetology School Co-Owner, and most recent appointment as Related Technical Instructor, she brings an unparalleled depth of administrative and mentorship expertise to her work.
As the architect of Ascend Beauty Career Solutions, Briany creates high-level career pipelines through state-registered apprenticeships and strategic workforce partnerships. Simultaneously, her private studio, Elite Hair Transformations, offers high-quality, session-based technical services in a focused, luxury setting. Briany doesn’t just teach beauty; she empowers the next generation to overcome challenges and ascend to new professional standards.
